More New Bookings Features

SquashNet Logo 162x30.jpgSince our update earlier this month, we are delighted to announce some new features for the SquashNet Bookings module, including:

  1. A module which can be installed on your club's computer to turn your court lights on and off in time with the bookings. You can set a margin either side of the booking to have the lights on if you wish, e.g. 5 mins before and 10 mins after. This uses switches which have to be wired into your lighting circuit and which are wirelessly connected to an online controller which in turn communicates with the Bookings system.
  2. An online payments module called directly from the Bookings system. This can be used by members to top-up their accounts by £25, £50, £75 or £100 using credit or debit cards or via PayPal. Members can see a full history of their account in the members interface. In the admin interface you can view everyone's account history. You can also add or subtract funds and attach a note to this transaction. Plus there are two new reports: one which lists everyone's current balance and another which lists monthly total income.
  3. You can display your club's booking rules if you wish. This can be edited in the admin interface. If you have specified rules then an extra "Rules" button will be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the interface - you can click on this to view the rules. If you haven't specified any rules then the button is not shown.
  4. For clubs that have multiple sports you can now create a link on your website to default the timesheet to a specified sport, e.g. instead of always seeing the squash timesheet by default, you can default it to fitness classes or tennis etc.  If you need this setup please contact us.

Do let us know if you have any questions about any of these new developments, or any suggestions for future releases.
