New "Notify Me" bookings feature

There's a
new button called "Notify Me" in the Members' interface for
bookings. A member can specify a start time, end time and
activity (e.g. squash, tennis etc for multi-sport installations),
and they will then receive notification of any cancellations in
that time period.
This should help to enable members to get the courts they prefer as they become available, rather than having cancelled courts sitting idle at popular times.
